Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay:
8h00 pick you up at the hotel, 03 hours road trip to Halong. Get on boat and have lunch with seafood while cruising around amaze islets amid dramatic natural scenery. On the way to visit Thien Cung & Dau Go Cave – 2 of the most impressive caves on the limestone mountain, see Floating villages, Dinh Huong Mount, Ga Choi (Cock Fighting Mount). Keep sailing on the Bay to Hidden Cave, stop for kayaking, swimming, snorkeling in emerald water, admiring sunset. Fresh seafood dinner before retiring to sleep in detached room on boat.
Day 2: Halong Bay - Ha Noi
More cruising to the other part of the bay. Lazy on the top deck for sunbathing, taking picture Van Gia fishing farm, floating school, swimming, snorkeling. Lunch in HaLong city then bus back Hanoi.
16h30: arrive Hanoi. End services.

ReplyDeletewe chose to do 2days one night with gold pearl sail as well. we can only agree with what people said before. we booked a twin room, but shortly before check-in on board, they told us that we had to share the room with another person. apparently they are doing this every day. they don't tell you before you get onboard. later in the evening, when you can finally check into your cabin, they provide you with this wonderful message. of course, you don't have any other choice than agree, since you are out in the open water and there is nowhere else you can go. when we (and other passengers as well) complained, the tourguide started to get really loud. he was shouting at us and telling us that this was not his fault. the atmosphere after this incident was really bad. usually there is music in the evening, but our staff decided just to watch tv and not talk to us anymore. they also told us that somethimes they even have to split couples and put them in different rooms together with other couples. also there was not really much food on board. for breakfast, there was one egg for each person, toast and a quarter of a teaspoon of jam for 6 people!!!! when we asked, if we could get more jam, the satff just said no and turned their back on us. they really don't know what customer service is!!
if you would like to visit halong bay, we'd rather recommend choosing another company and maybe pay a bit more. we got back quite disappointed about this trip.
when we returned to hanoi, we chose to call that company and complain. in the middle of the conversation, they just hang up on us!! he even agreed that they would proceed like this and won't change anything.
so, once again: DO NOT CHOOSE GOLD PEARL SAIL!
